Why do you offer the Lord’s Supper each Sunday? |

A: |
Based on the New Testament teaching, Christ both instituted the Lord’s Supper to meet on the first day of the week to break bread and to remember Jesus’ sacrifice. Communion is offered based on personal examination and everyone is given the opportunity to partake, but not required to do so. |

How does discipleship happen at Mount Carmel Christian Church? |

Discipleship occurs at various levels. We firmly believe that discipleship occurs through corporate worship (Hebrews 10:24, 25), small group settings, Bible studies, Discovery 101, and through one-on-one fellowship. |

Anyone who has faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Anyone who has come to the conviction of sin and its penalty. Anyone who has come to confession. (See Acts 8:36, 37) |
