Mission Objective:

To promote the welfare of persons with mental and physical disabilities through direct care, education and training, and enabling others through training, resources, and encouragement to effectively minister to persons with disabilities.

What We Do:

Providing services for persons with developmental disabilities, including residence, job placement, opportunities for social interaction, and spiritual growth.

Seeking partnership with individuals, churches, and other organizations to meet the physical and spiritual needs of persons with disabilities.

CCDM currently manages an independent living program, as well as two residential living programs for those with disabilities.  We have two residential homes which is called our "Riverwood Campus".
